Anuj murderer got killer tattoo after crime

During the trial in a Manchester court on Monday it was revealed that Mark Stapleton, who admitted to killing Indian student Anuj Bidve in December last year, had inked 'killer' tattoo on his face two days after the shooting.

According to Machester Evening News, while still at large, two days later Stapleton went to a tattoo shop in Swinton and had a teardrop design put on his right cheek.

Prosecutor Brian Cummings QC said staff remembered the visit because the nature of the tattoo can signify that the wearer has killed someone, the paper reported.

Stapleton had ´smirked or laughed´ before he ran off to his nearby family home, Manchester Crown Court heard, according to the paper quoting court proceedings.

The trial of the Briton began in Manchester Crown Court on Monday.

21-year-old Kiaran Mark Stapleton´s trial is expected to be over in 12 days.

Stapleton recently admitted in a Manchester court that he was responsible for Bidve´s killing, even as the parents of the late boy from Pune said they went all the way to attend the hearing in UK because they wanted to hear the plea of the accused in person.
